At Eden, we strive to deliver luxury furniture of the highest quality. Please note the following:

No Refunds or Returns
Products purchased from Eden are non-refundable and cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged. -
Damaged Items
If an item arrives damaged, you must report the issue within 7 days of delivery. To file a claim, email us at maurycohen7@gmail.com with:- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).
- Clear photographs of the damaged item and its packaging.

Refund Process for Damaged Items
If the claim is approved, we will process a refund or replacement once the damaged item is returned and inspected. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. -
Custom and Personalized Items
Custom or personalized furniture is non-refundable under any circumstances.
